Bridge Builder’s Program Inc. is a dedicated nonprofit organization rooted in the heart of the Nashville community. Our mission is to uplift and empower children and families by providing essential resources and opportunities that foster leadership, mentoring, academic achievement, and meaningful networking. We believe that every individual deserves the chance to reach their full potential, and we work tirelessly to inspire, guide, and support those we serve.

What We Do

Our impact extends beyond education. We are proud to partner with organizations like the Nashville Rescue Mission, Ronald McDonald House (RMDH), and Metro Nashville Public Schools to address critical needs within our community. Whether it’s offering school supplies, hygiene products, or holiday assistance, we strive to make a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most.

At Bridge Builder’s Program Inc., we live by our guiding principles of service, integrity, and dedication. Through programs like leadership training, mentoring opportunities, and community service initiatives, we aim to create a ripple effect of positive change. Your donation to the Bridge Builder's Program Inc. is tax deductible to the full extent of the law. Daniel Craig M.P.A.Co-Founder & CEO, Bridge Builder's Program Inc.

Daniel Craig, born and raised in Chattanooga, TN, has dedicated his life to impactful service and transformative community work. With a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master’s in Public Administration (graduating with honors) from Tennessee State University, Daniel brings both expertise and passion to his role as Co-Founder and CEO of Bridge Builder’s Program, Inc. He further strengthened his skills with a certification in Nonprofit Administration.

Prior to his work with Bridge Builder’s Program, Daniel served for 21 years as a special education teacher at Cora Howe Exceptional School in Nashville, TN. During his tenure, he created and led a pioneering work-based learning program, equipping high school students with special needs with essential life skills to support them in finding meaningful employment after graduation.

Daniel’s community work has earned him widespread recognition, including the prestigious Daily Point of Light Award (recipient 7,456), awarded for outstanding volunteer service. His commitment to his community was further honored with a personal invitation to the coronation of the King of England.

Through the Bridge Builder’s Program, Daniel continues to focus on service and inclusion, collaborating with organizations such as the Nashville Rescue Mission, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and Metro Nashville Public Schools to meet the needs of Nashville’s underserved populations.

Quintin RobinsonCo-Founder & Vice President, Bridge Builder's Program Inc.

Quintin Robinson, a Nashville native, co-founded The Bridge Builder’s Program, Incorporated, bringing a rich background in education, agriculture, and behavioral science to the organization. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Tennessee State University, specializing in Agricultural Business and Agricultural Education. Currently, Quintin is completing his Doctoral Degree in Agricultural Leadership and Community Education at Virginia Tech University.

Quintin’s professional journey includes teaching 9th-grade AgriScience at McGavock High School, where he also coached varsity and freshman football. He further expanded his expertise in behavioral education by teaching at Cora Howe School, serving as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for five years. In this role, he assisted a board-certified behavior analyst in helping individuals on the autism spectrum develop social skills and supported others with behavioral challenges.

His diverse experiences uniquely position him to advance the mission of The Bridge Builder’s Program, Incorporated, fostering community development and providing essential support to those in need.

Since 2018, Larea Starr has been a cornerstone of the Bridge Builder’s Program Inc., serving as a steadfast supporter and volunteer coordinator. Her passion for community service and dedication to making a difference has propelled the success of every Bridge Builder’s Program initiative.

Larea has played a pivotal role in ensuring the program’s projects are well-supported by volunteers. From packing toiletry bags for the homeless to organizing school supply drives, she is instrumental in rallying the community and creating meaningful change. Her leadership, organizational skills, and compassion have helped Bridge Builder’s Program reach new heights and touch countless lives.

Whether it’s supporting new closets in schools, facilitating the annual F.A.T. Drive, or working behind the scenes to ensure every project runs smoothly, Larea Starr embodies the heart of Bridge Builder’s Program. Her unwavering commitment to helping others has been a beacon of hope for the Nashville community.

Chris Thompson is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Arizona State University, where he honed his analytical skills and developed a keen understanding of market dynamics. In 2008, he made a pivotal move to Nashville where he met his wife and started their family. He is now the proud father of three daughters.

For the past 18 years, Chris has made significant contributions to the technology industry through his work, leveraging his knowledge to drive innovation and navigate the complexities of the digital landscape. In January 2024, he took on a new and exciting role that exemplifies his dedication to making a positive impact: joining the board of Bridge Builder’s Program. Chris continues to be a catalyst for change, blending his business acumen with a passion for social responsibility to create meaningful outcomes both locally and beyond.

Chief Product and Innovations Officer, DeliverHealth

Jason Martin is a Tennessee native who has called the Nashville area home for over 25 years. As the Chief Product and Innovations Officer at DeliverHealth, Jason focuses on developing AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency for healthcare providers.

In 2020, Jason was introduced to the impactful work of Bridge Builder’s Program Inc., supporting students, educators, and underserved communities. Immediately drawn to its mission, Jason not only became an advocate but inspired his entire family to get involved.

Through his work with Bridge Builder’s Program, Jason has gained a deeper understanding of the socioeconomic challenges often overlooked in a thriving city like Nashville. He and his family are committed to making a tangible difference in the community by advancing the mission of Bridge Builders and fostering positive change for those in need.

DeAnn M. Bullock, M.D., MMHC, FACHEBoard Member

Emergency Department Medical Director, Nashville General Hospital

DeAnn M. Bullock, M.D., MMHC, FACHE, is the Emergency Department medical director at Nashville General Hospital ensuring the delivery of high-quality equitable access to care for all patients.

  A native of Nashville, Dr. Bullock earned her medical degree from Meharry Medical College before completing her residency as Chief Resident at the Medical College of Georgia in Emergency Medicine. After practicing in North Carolina at Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune, she and her husband returned to Nashville in 2007 at which time Dr. Bullock began practicing at Nashville General. She served as the quality director for the emergency department for many years prior to being named the emergency department’s medical director in 2014. Dr. Bullock is the medical director for the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) program in Davidson County, based at Nashville General.   She has also previously served as the hospital’s Chief Medical Officer for 3 years, leading the organization through COVID.

She completed her Master of Management in Healthcare at Vanderbilt University and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executive.

Dr. Bullock is also active throughout the hospital and community.   She works tirelessly in her pursuit to build and lead teams, develop collaborative relationships, mentor, and facilitate change within a landscape inclusive of public, private and academic stakeholders at the same time providing excellent patient care to a diverse and largely underserved population.  

Dr. Bullock is a Nashville Healthcare Council fellow and was named one of Nashville Business Journal’s  Women of Influence as well as Nashville Medical News Women to Watch. Outside of the hospital, Dr. Bullock enjoys exercising, cooking, and spending time with her family.
